3. ห่วงโซ่หมุนพิเศษสำหรับการลำเลียงส่งผ่านและการทำงานของระบบและระบบนี้เองช่วยทำให้กระปุกทากาวได้อย่างราบเรียบและทั่วถึง

4. ควบคุมอุณหภูมิด้วยระบบอิเลคโทรนิคซึ่งจำเป็นมากสำหรับการเข้าปกสันแข็ง และเครื่องรีดกดรีดทับกระดาษ

8. อุปกรณ์ทากาวที่ทากาวได้ถึง 2 แนวพร้อมกันดังนั้นจึงทำให้กาวที่ติดทั่วถึงและราบเรียบและถูกต้องแม่นยำมาก

 

การใช้งาน:

 

เครื่องเข้าเล่มหนังสือหรือเครื่องเข้าเล่มเอกสารใช้ได้กับหนังสือทั่วๆไปทุกชนิดเอกสารทางการเงิน, งานค้นคว้าวิจัยต่างๆ, รายงานเอกสาร ,  การประชุมบริษัทบิลเอกสารทางการเงินและเอกสารอื่นๆได้อย่างดีและมีระเบียบ, ทั้งที่แบบเข้าเล่มรวมกันน้อยๆ หรือเข้าเล่มรวมกันแบบหนาๆ ก็กระทำได้อย่างสมบูรณ์แบบ จึงตอบโจทย์สำหรับการเข้าเล่มเอกสารทั้งปกแข็งและปกอ่อนได้อย่างครบถ้วน 

 

 



DC-30B Multi-function Desktop Wireless Glue Binding Machine
Description: 

DC-30B add spliter, creaser, perforator ,wave spliter and corner cutter on the basis of DC-30A, it can mill grooves in the book spine and the firmness of binding is greatly improved. It can achieve the level of big printing factories. It has temperature -controlling device, and temprature can be adjusted  for different types of melt glue under various temprature conditions, such as all the seasons and different areas.The binding quality is largely improved and more kinds of adhesives can be applied. With the unique hardcover groove-pressing plank, the machine can make hardcover books.It can bind a softcover book or hardcover book.The hot groove pressing device can press grooves as a groove pressing machine does.



Fectures:

1. The dynamic balancing milling cutter can mill the book spine deeply and it doesn't block the paper.

2. The sector adhesive-brushing system is optimized, it can brush adhesive flatly and evenly.There is side-adhesive for firm binding, and pages don't get loose.

3. Special chain for transmission, the glue pot run smoothly, it can brush adhesive flatly and evenly.

4. Electronic constant temprature controlling  is used for the hardcover hot groove pressing plank.

5. Clamping device is made from special material for better clamping. It is suitable for not only A4 paper, but also notepaper of the size of name cards,etc without adjustment.

6. Add extra hot press plank, can make hardcover books.The hot groove pressing device can press grooves as a groove pressing machine does.

7. Add extra spliter, creaser, perforator ,wave spliter.

8. The adhesive can move on double rails, thus the adhesive is brushed evenly and precisely.






Application:

This binding machine can bind bidding documents, regulation books, financial statements, thesis, meeting papers,

 bills and other documents. It is ideal for binding documents which is small in batch and there are many batches.
