คำอธิบาย : 

1) FPCB+LED 

ไฟริบบิ้น : ไฟ LED + FPCB +  วงจรส่วนประกอบ  อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ + สายไฟ + กาว 3 M

ขั้นตอนการผลิตไฟโมดูล : บอร์ดวงจร FPCB ด้วยการวางประสานส่วนไฟ LED  โดยการวางชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์บนบอร์ดวงจร  PCB ผ่านพื้นผิวเครื่อง SMT  และเชื่อมจัดวางการประกอบขึ้นใหม่ผ่านการตรวจสอบรายละเอียดเชื่อมสายไฟ, บอร์ด  FPCB รูปแบบแยกสามารถกันน้ำได้  ผ่านกระบวนการทดสอบคุณภาพจากนั้นบรรจุหีบห่อ

2.ไฟโมดูล  LEDนี้  ผ่านการติดตั้งด้วยวัสดุลวดยึดสีทอง ชิป LED แบรนด์ Sanan/Epistar; โดยบอร์ด FPCB ผลิตจากแผงวงจรวัสดุทองแดง 2 ด้านขนาดความหนา 35 mil, สายไฟมาตรฐาน UL, กาว 3M สินค้าทั้งหมดให้อัตราการส่องสว่างที่มีความสม่ำเสมออย่างยอดเยี่ยมสินค้ามีรูปทรงตัว "S" ซึ่งง่ายต่อการดัด  

3.ใช้พลังงานกระแสไฟฟ้าคงที่พลังงาน DC:12 โวลต์แสงไฟ 3 กลุ่มรวมถึงง่ายต่อการใช้งาน  

4.ใช้อุปกรณ์ให้แสงสว่างคุณภาพสูงประเภท LED:2835 ซึ่งให้แสงสว่างระดับสูงโดยให้การกระจายแสงที่มีความยอดเยี่ยมสามารถต้านทานต่อกระแสไฟฟ้าสถิตย์ได้ในระดับสูง      

5. ใช้บอร์ด  FPC ทั้ง 2 ด้าน ซึ่งช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพตัวนำกระแสไฟฟ้าและตัวนำความร้อนได้เป็นอย่างดีอีกทั้งยังช่วยลดพลังงานไฟฟ้า
