การใช้ไซริงค์ทำความสะอาดเครื่องพิมพ์ HP5X00 / 130 / 100 

วิธีการทำความสะอาดล้างหัวพิมพ์ 

1.แท้จริงแล้วหากหัวพิมพ์ของคุณไม่สามารถพิมพ์ได้ตามปกติรวมถึงมีผลต่อคุณภาพงานพิมพ์    คุณจำเป็นต้องใช้อุปกรณ์เข็มฉีดยาหรือไซริงค์   ล้างทำความสะอาดหัวพิมพ์ 

2.ถึงแม้ตลับหมึกสามารถพิมพ์ออกได้คุณก็ยังคงต้องใช้เข็มฉีดยาหรือไซริงค์สำหรับทำการซ่อมแซมแก้ไข

 

 

 

HP5X00 / 130 / 100 series printers clean syringe usage
When do you need to clean the print head?
1. Actually, if your print head cannot print normally, and influence the quality, you need to use the syringe clean the head.
2. If the ink in the cartridge has been print out, you also need the syringe to repair.

Instruction as follows - โปรดทำตามคำแนะนำ ด้านล่างนี้


 

Prepare the tool     /    จัดเตรียมเครื่องมือ                                   

    

           Put the gloves on, avoid contact with ink.  

สวมถุงมือยางเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงการสัมผัสกับหมึกพิมพ์

Put the head into the syringe as the arrow pointed.        

ทิ่มเข็มฉีดยาลงบนตลับหมึกตามลูกศรดังภาพ           

Put the print head into the position as the arrow pointed. 

วางหัวพิมพ์ลงสู่ตำแหน่งดังจุดลูกศรชี้ดังภาพ

                    Installed   /     ทำการติดตั้ง                                         

Put the funnel in to the needle of the print head.

วางกรวยลงบนช่องของหัวพิมพ์  

Open the correspond ink bottle, and put the ink into the funnel.        

เปิดขวดหมึกพิมพ์สีที่มีความสอดคล้องกันกับตลับหมึกพิมพ์และเทลงบนกรวย                               

You should notice the volume, around 20ML is best, be careful avoid shake the ink out.

คุณควรกะปริมาณเมื่อทำการเทหมึกพิมพ์ ซึ่งโดยประมาณ 20 ม.ล.นั้นเป็นปริมาณ      ที่เหมาะสมที่สุด   โปรดใช้ความระมัดระวังอย่าให้น้ำหมึกล้นออก

   

Put the syringe into the silica hole.

ใช้เข็มฉีดยาฉีดซิลลิก้าลงไปในช่องระบายหมึก                                                                                                

    

Pull the syringe, the ink will injected into the print head,   the ink and air in the printhead injected into the syringe.

ดึงเข็มฉีดยาขึ้นหมึกจะถูกฉีดเข้าไปในหัวพิมพ์และหมึกรวมถึงอากาศ       จะถูกดูดเข้าสู่เข็มฉีดยา

 

When the ink in the funnel is almost out, relax the
syringe,and standing it for 30 seconds. In order to
balance the pressure.                      

เมื่อหมึกพิมพ์ในกรวยไหลลงเกือบหมดแล้ว   ทำการชะลอการดึง

ไซริงค์และหยุดชะงักประมาณ  30 นาที  สำหรับสร้างความสมดุลของแรงดันอากาศ

 Pull the funnel out, and put ink back to the ink bottle.

 ดึงกรวยออกและใส่หมึกพิมพ์กลับเข้าไปในขวด   

Pull out the syringe , the ink inside can not be used again.             

ดึงเข็มฉีดยาออกซึ่งหมึกที่อยู่ภายในเข็มฉีดยานั้น  ไม่สามารถนำกลับมาใช้ใหม่ได้อีกครั้ง

Take the printhead out as the  picture shows.

ใส่หัวพิมพ์กลับเข้าไป ดังภาพที่ได้แสดง

 

  

  Clean the printhead, ( especially the contact point) then it can be used again. 

ทำความสะอาดหัวพิมพ์ (โดยเฉพาะจุดที่ทำการเชื่อมต่อ)  จากนั้นก็สามารถนำกลับมาใช้ใหม่ได้อีกครั้ง
