This exposure unit mainly used for exposure screens; and it is suitable for exposing different size screen frames within outsize 64 x 54cm.
There are twelve 20W light tubes; the exposing area is 64 x 54cm; Adopt countdown timer to set the exposing time; the timer will automatically save and memory your set data.

 

 

 

The functions and features of this machine:
1. There are twelve LED UV light tubes, it can normally be used for about 10, 000 hours.
2. The exposing area is 64 x 54cm(25 x 21in), suitable for within outer diameter 64 x 54cm(25 x 21in), cm all kinds of frame
3. Equipped with 8mm Tempered glass plate, resistant to friction; the glass is broken, the glass shards are no sharp, to ensure the safety of operator
4. The timer can set the exposing time, after reach the exposing time, the machine automatically turns off the tubes
5. The timer have automatic memory function, set in once, whether the number of switch turn on or off, time will save
6. This machine equipped with 20 x 30 x 6cm and 30 x 40 x 6cm two sponges, used for press the film more closely, place a flat weight, improve the quantity of exposing

 

 

 

 

คุณสมบัติ และฟังก์ชั่นการทำงานของตัวเครื่อง    :

1. ตัวเครื่องมีหลอดไฟขนาด 20 วัตต์     8      หลอด( ซึ่งหลอดไฟทั้งหมดพลังงาน  160 วัตต์ชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่หลอดบัลลาสต์จำนวน  1   หลอด    สามารถใช้งานได้ยาวนานประมาณ 10,000 ชั่วโมง)

2. พื้นที่การอบบล็อคสกรีนอยู่ที่ขนาด 64 x 54 ซ.ม . ( 25 x 21  นิ้ว )  สามารถอบบล็อกสกรีนได้หลายรูปแบบ  

3. ตัวเครื่องมาพร้อมแผ่นกระจกนิรภัยขนาด 8  ม.ม. ซึ่งมีคุณสมบัติทนทานต่อแรงเสียดทาน รวมถึงทนทาน ต่อการแตกหักและเมื่อชิ้นส่วนกระจก เกิดการแตกหักจะไม่ก่อให้เกิดคมเพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ประกอบการ

4. ตัวเครื่องมาพร้อมการตั้งค่าจับเวลาเพื่อนับถอยหลังโดยเมื่อครบกำหนดเวลาการอบบล็อคสกรีนแล้วหลอดไฟจะปิดการทำงานโดยอัตโนมัติ

5 มีฟังก์ชั่นหน่วยความจำอัตโนมัติสำหรับการจับเวลาเมื่อตั้งค่าการจับเวลาใน  1  ครั้ง ไม่ว่าจะเปิดหรือปิดสวิทช์เวลาที่ได้ตั้งไว้จะถูกบันทึก   

6. ตัวเครื่องมีฟองน้ำ  2  ชิ้น  ขนาด 20 * 30 * 6 ซม.   และ  30 x 40 x 6 ซ.ม. ใช้สำหรับกดฟิล์มให้ใกล้มากยิ่งขึ้นเพื่อช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ    การอบบล็อคสกรีน 

 

 

7. เพื่อความมั่นใจในความปลอดภัยของหลอดไฟในการข่นส่งทางเราได้บรรจุแต่ละหลอดไฟใว้ภายในกล่องรูปแบบแยกหลอดเมื่อทำการติดตั้ง   ให้ถอดกระจกออกโดยใช้ตัวดูดกระจกใส่ขั่วปลั๊กทั้ง  2  ด้าน ของหลอดไฟที่ละด้านใส่กระจกกลับเข้าไปและสามารถใช้งานได้   

 

หมายเหตุพิเศษ:

กาวถ่ายบล็อกสกรีนต่างแบรนด์ใช้การเวลาที่แตกต่างกันเพื่อให้แสงอบบล็อคสกรีนผู้ใช้งานจำเป็นต้องปาดกาวอัดบล็อกสกรีนแล้วนำเข้าไปอบ     ทดสอบในตัวเครื่องเพื่อยืนยันเวลาที่ดีที่สุด

Special note:
Different brand of emulsion have different exposing time, the operator need to use the emulsion in this machine and confirm the best exposing time.

Methods of using the timer   /  วิธีการ    ตั้งค่าจับเวลา: 

 

1. ก่อนการใช้งานโปรดกดปุ่ม "C"   เพื่อทำการรีเซ็ตหน้าจอแสดงผล จะแสดงสถานะ    00:00 00   และกะพริบ

2. กดปุ่ม   "ชั่วโมง"    และ "นาที"  และ "วินาที"   เพื่อตั้งค่ารูปแบบแยกสำหรับนับถอยหลังการจับเวลาและหน้าจอจะแสดงผล      "    on /เปิด "

3. กดปุ่ม "เริ่มต้น / หยุดชั่วคราว" เพื่อเริ่มการนับถอยหลัง

ในขั้นตอนแรก    กดปุ่ม  "    C  "   เพื่อลบชุดการตั้งค่าเดิมจากนั้นกดปุ่มการตั้งค่า  "นาที"    ตั้งค่าไปที่    5  นาที  และกดปุ่ม  "วินาที"   ตั้งค่าเป็น "30  วินาที"      จากนั้นกดปุ่ม "เริ่มต้น / หยุดชั่วคราว"   เพื่อเริ่มต้น     นับถอยหลัง      การทำงานของหลอดไฟ       ตัวเครื่องจะทำการอบ  บล็อกสกรีนและหลังจาก  5  นาที   30    วินาที ซึ่งเมื่อครบกำหนดหลอดไฟจะปิดการทำงานโดยการตั้งค่านี้ไม่จำเป็นต้องทำการเปลี่ยนแปลง       เพราะระบบจะทำการบันทึกโดยอัตโนมัติเมื่อเครื่องเริ่มทำงานอีกครั้งการนับถอยหลังยังคงเป็น 5 นาที และ 30 วินาทีเหมือนเดิม

 

 

ค่าพารามิเตอร์พื้นฐานสำหรับการจับเวลา  :

การนับถอยหลัง   : 1   วินาที   -    99 ชั่วโมง    59   นาที

อุณหภูมิในการทำงาน :  - 25°C - 65 °C
