2.ทิ้งไว้ประมาณ30-60นาที จึงจะใช้งานได้

หัวพิมพ์xp600 ไม่แนะนำใช้น้ำยาล้างทำความสะอาด เพราะหัวพิมพ์รุ่นนี้ภายในจะทาด้วยกาว นานๆไปอาจจะรั่วได้  ส่วนDX5ใช้น้ำยาล้างได้ หัวพิมพ์หมึกน้ำสามารถล้างด้วยน้ำเปล่า ส่วนหัวพิมพ์ยูวีสามารถใช้แอลกอฮอที่มีความเข้มข้นสูงล้างได้

3.เวลาโรงงานประกอบหัวพิมพ์ได้ฉีดน้ำยาสีแดงหรือสีน้ำเงิน เป็นน้ำยาป้องกันไม่ให้หัวพิมพ์แห้ง เพื่อให้เก็บรักษาได้นาน   หากน้ำยาสีแดงหรือสีน้ำเงินไหลออกจากหัวพิมพ์ถือว่าหัวพิมพ์อยู่ในสภาพปกติ  ไม่มีปัญหาอะไร
4.เนื่องจากลักษณะของชิ้นส่วนเครื่องพิมพ์และปัจจัยหลายประการที่มีผลต่อการติดตั้งเราไม่รับคืนหรือให้เงินคืนสำหรับชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์หรือบริการ เมื่อมีการจัดส่งพัสดุเป็นความรับผิดชอบของลูกค้าในการตรวจสอบความเสียหาย หากมีความเสียหายที่มองเห็นได้บนบรรจุภัณฑ์กรุณาปฏิเสธการจัดส่งและโทรหาเราที่ 089-199-9408 หรือ 02-9359453
