Other brand printhead boards use iron heat sinks which don’t dissipate heat well.

วิธีการติดตั้ง : 

1: ถอดการเชื่อมต่อสายแพรจากบอร์ดหัวพิมพ์  

2: ขันน็อตสกรูสำหรับยึดออกจากนั้นถอดการเชื่อมต่อออกมา

3: ติดตั้งบอร์ดหัวพิมพ์ชิ้นใหม่ใส่เข้าไป

4: ทำการเชื่อมต่อทุกสายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบอร์ดหัวพิมพ์เข้าไป

5: ติดตามผลการทดสอบ

    1 ) ตรวจสอบเทอร์มิสเตอร์

    2 ) ตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์เซ็นเซอร์การขึ้นและลง ของหัวพิมพ์ 

    3 ) ตรวจสอบพัดลมบอร์ดหัวพิมพ์  

 

1:Disconnect the Cables from the Head Board.
2:move the screws and disconnect the connector.
3:place the Head Board to the new one.
4:Connect all the Cables to the Head Board.
5:Carry out the following checks.
   1).Thermister check
   2).Head up/down sensor check
   3).Fan on the head board
