แผ่นแม่เหล็กนี้เป็นชนิดที่มีกาวในตัวซึ่งคุณสามารถติดลงบนแผ่นบอร์ดใด ๆก็ได้ที่ไม่มีสนามแม่เหล็กและจากนั้นแผ่นบอร์ดนั้นจะกลายมาเป็น      สนามแม่เหล็กได้และคุณก็สามารถติดแนบแผ่นพิมพ์ภาพวัสดุแม่เหล็กทับลงได้  

แผ่นสติ๊กเกอร์แม่เหล็กนี้ผลิตจากผงเฟอร์ไรท์ผสมกับยางสังเคราะห์หรือพลาสติก (CPE หรือ NBR) ซึ่งสินค้านี้ปราศจากตะกั่วและเป็นมิตร       ต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมโดยใช้วัสดุ Strontium Ferrite   (Sr 0.6 Fe203)    ซึ่งเป็นแผ่นแม่เหล็กที่มีความเหนียวยืดหยุ่นอย่างสมบูรณ์แบบสามารถพับ     และบิดได้อย่างง่ายดายโดยไม่ทำลายคุณสมบัติของแม่เหล็กแต่อย่างใดสามารถเจาะรูโดยเครื่องได้ใช้กรรไกรตัดและใช้มีดตัดได้และลอกออกได้อย่างง่ายดาย

 

คุณสมบัติ:

•  กาวอะคริลิค

•  ซึ่งส่วนที่เป็นกาวนั้นสามารถเคลือบติดลงบนวัสดุทั้งด้านที่เป็นแม่เหล็กหรือด้านที่ไม่ใช่แม่เหล็กได้

•  ความหนา  0.7 มม.โดยสามารถมั่นใจได้ในกำลังการยึดติดและสามารถติดได้อย่างมั่นคง

แผ่นสติ๊กเกอร์แม่เหล็กนี้ถูกออกแบบมาเพื่อสร้างกระดานบอร์ดแม่เหล็กโดยคุณสามารถติดแผ่นแผ่นสติ๊กเกอร์แม่เหล็กนี้ลงบนกระดานบอร์ด    PVC  หรือบอร์ดไม้ได้หรือกระดานบอร์ดอื่น ๆที่ไม่มีแม่เหล็กได้เพื่อให้กระดานบอร์ดเหล่านี้กลายเป็นกระดานบอร์ดแม่เหล็กได้

Description:
It is a kind of magnet with self adhesive. You can stick it to any board that with no magnetism, so that the board can become magnetic. And then you can attach the printed steel vinyl.


The flexible magnets are made by mixed ferrite powder with synthetic rubber or plastic(CPE or NBR). This product is lead free and Environmental by using Strontium Ferrite (Sr 0. 6 Fe203). This flexible magnetic material has perfect flexibility that can be easily folded and twisted without damaging the magnetic property and has excellent machinability that can be easily drilled, punched, scissor cut, knife cut and dies out.

• Acrylic adhesive
• Adhesive can laminate on either magnetic or non-magnetic side
• The thickness is 0. 7mm, which can make sure better holding power and stability
