Epson 4800 printer set-up We are setting up our Epson 4800 printer for the first time. We installed our 8 dye sublimation ink cartridges and it went through the ink charging phase. Now the LCD dispaly is saying "Please Wait" and the pause button is flashing. It has been doing this for 45 minutes. The manual says this process should take 8 minutes. It says the LCD display should say "ready". Why is it taking so long? Any help will be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!
